Paneer Butter Masala is an Indian dish that originated in Delhi. It is made up of 7 main ingredients. Paneer, butter, cashews, tomatoes, onions, spices, and lots and lots of cream. Whenever I eat it, a creamy aroma wafts into my nose. It’s mouth-watering and when I eat it I feel different. This feeling of happiness and joy washes over me as I enjoy every bit of it. This delicious dish was invented by the Punjabis in the mid-50s. It was served in the famous Moti Mahal restaurant in Delhi, India. Since then, it has become famous all over the world and is served in many restaurants. Every time my mom makes it, I rush to the kitchen to help out. My mom’s recipe is the best. She instructs me on what to do as I sit listening carefully so that I can get the ingredients. I mix them all up as I sing in delight. When I look at it, it’s truly mesmerizing. The golden brown dish topped off with seasoning is a scrumptious sight. It’s amazing how she makes it. Since I was 9 years old, I’ve always loved paneer butter masala. Its sweet and creamy taste is something I won’t forget. I will continue to cherish it for many years to come. For anyone who is open to trying a new delicious sweet dish, I recommend Paneer Butter Masala.
